Nana Patekar’s ‘Agni Sakshi’ director Partho Ghosh, who also directed Madhuri Dixit’s 100 Days, has passed away at the age of 75 after a heart attack.

Actress Rituparna Sengupta paid her condolences and said, “Heartbroken beyond words. We have lost an exceptional talent, a visionary director, and a kind soul. Partho da, you will always be remembered for the magic you created on screen. Rest in peace.”

The filmmaker also made the thriller Teesra Kaun and the 1997 drama Ghulam-E-Mustafa that also starred Nana Patekar. It also had Paresh Rawal, Shivaji Satam, Mohnish Bahl in crucial roles.
