Archana Puran Singh, husband Parmeet Sethi, and their sons Aaryamann Sethi and Ayushmaan Sethi recently went on a trip to Dubai and captured their vacation in her vlog. The clip showed the family flying in business class and enjoying Alia Bhatt’s favourite dessert at a global restaurant chain at the famous Dubai Mall.
The clip begins with Archana and her family starting the trip from Mumbai. They are seen flying in the business class of Emirates, and both Aaryamann and Ayushmaan enjoyed the comfort of the flight so much that they immediately fell asleep. The family was then privately escorted out of the airport. Upon reaching Dubai airport, Archana was instantly struck by the glam of the city and its shiny infrastructure, and said, “Dubai matlab ye chamak dhamak is too much.”
They then headed to their fancy hotel, where their room was on the 62nd floor. Archana shared a view from their lift while going to the 62nd floor and showed how fast the lift went. She said, “I am tired in the lift itself.” Upon reaching their room, Archana showed the breathtaking view of Dubai’s skyline from their window, where the sky met the sea.
The family then went for an indoor skydiving session. However, since they got scammed by booking through the wrong website, they had to pay again in cash to buy tickets. While waiting for their turn for indoor skydiving, they went bowling.
Later, Archana and the family went for lunch at a fancy café at Dubai Mall, where they tried Alia Bhatt’s favourite dessert, Tres Leches cake, which is a milk cake. While at Dubai Mall, the family decided to go shopping. However, Parmeet quickly reminded them that they had only three hours to shop. Ayushmaan mentioned that the mall is so big that one has to run fast through each shop to see it all. “It’s like a marathon, you have to run, there are so many shops here,” he said.
For context, Dubai Mall is widely recognized as one of the largest shopping malls in the world by total area. It spans over 12 million square feet, equivalent to more than 200 football fields. Later in the clip, Aaryamann Sethi and Ayushmaan were seen joking with a store staff member about how they bought the entire store and left nothing for other customers. Archana was also seen shopping with husband Parmeet in the clip.
The video ended with the family dining at a swanky Indian restaurant and recalling how they had eaten at the same place as a family eight years ago. They were warmly welcomed by the staff and were also given a complimentary dessert, thanking them for visiting the restaurant.
