WWE Smackdown: Logan Paul gets called an entitled whiny b**** before being thrown across the ring by singer Jelly Roll | Hollywood News

WWE Smackdown: Well, if fans wanted chaos from this week’s Smackdown, they got exactly exactly what they asked for. Many strange alliances were forged during the show, but the strangest was when rapper and singer Jelly Roll saved Randy Orton from Logan Paul, who tried to take advantage of vulnerable Orton and attacked him. What followed was more confusion, and Logan was dazed after Jelly’s attack and tried to extract some revenge before security intervened and thwarted his attempts.

Smackdown opened with a segment involving LA Knight, who was interrupted by Paul ‘Wiseguy’ Heyman. Before Heyman could find some footing in the segment, though, the current US champion Solo Sikoa showed up with his entire clique. He bragged about beating the man (Jacob Fatu) who beat LA Knight at WrestleMania, and gave Knight the option to remove himself from the ring. When Knight refused this offer, Solo’s entire pack surrounded the ring, ready to attack, just as Jimmy Uso showed up out of nowhere to help even the odds. With steel chairs in hand, the duo of Knight and Jimmy fended off the attack, and this might be an indication of a team matchup that we might see in the future.

Later in the episode, the entire arena was singing along to a live performance by Jelly Roll when Logan Paul intervened and stopped the show. Logan proceeded to accuse Jelly of leeching off of WWE and called him an outsider, a term that ignited very visible anger in Orton, who came out to the ring and told Logan to shut up. Orton said, “The only one who is an outsider here is you (Logan). I need you to listen to me really well, you entitled whiny b*****. Everyone back there in the locker room works so hard and moves heaven and earth to make you look good.” Before Orton could continue his verbal assault, though, Drew McIntyre attacked him. Security intervened and took McIntyre outside the ring when Logan saw his chance and attacked Orton, who was already down. Jelly Roll initially looked confused, but he walked up to Logan, grabbed his hair and threw him across the ring.

The rest of the show had some interesting matches as well, with the Wyatt Sicks winning the tag team championship and Ron ‘R-Truth’ Killings beating Aleister Black. Trish Stratus and Tiffany Stratton went for each other on the mic before their scheduled match during Evolution on Sunday. There are two major events lined up for the weekend, with Saturday Night’s Main Event starting things off and the all-women premium event Evolution closing out the week.
