The team of Son Of Sardaar 2 will be seen appearing on The Great Indian Kapil Show Season 3 this weekend. Ajay Devgn, Mrunal Thakur, Ravi Kishan, Sanjay Mishra, and Kubbra Sait will be joining Kapil Sharma and the team on the Netflix India show. While Sunil Grover will be seen dressed as Ajay, Krushna Abhishek and Kiku Sharda will be seen as Dharmendra and Sunny Deol. In the show’s promo, Ajay Devgn is seen revealing that he chose to stay away from appearing on Kapil’s show earlier until Navjot Singh Sidhu returned.

Sidhu has joined Kapil’s show after a long hiatus, and this season also marks Ajay Devgn’s first appearance. When Ajay was asked why he didn’t come on the show earlier, he said, “I was holding off my appearance until this sardar came back.” Later, Ajay also made a cheeky comment on politicians, referring to co-star Ravi Kishan.

Ravi commented on Kapil Sharma’s drastic weight loss and said, “I have never seen Kapil Sharma with such a sharp nose before. Wonder which woodpecker did the job. For the first time in years, his neck is visible to the nation.” Adding to the fun banter, Ajay went on to comment, “They say never hand a mic to a politician, but here you have to tape one to his throat and now he won’t shut up.”

Later, Kapil Sharma asked Ajay Devgn how a fan wanted to know why the actor is always so serious on comedy shows, despite him being a part of many comedy films. In response, Ajay said, “Tell him, I earn my paycheck from the films I do. When I show up here, Kapil is the one cashing in.”

In the promo, Kapil also asked Sanjay Mishra why he heads to the mountains after every film, and the actor said, “There’s an actor who once said actors should just do their job and disappear.” Sharing his opinion on this, Kapil commented, “But the ones who do a good job can move around openly.”

The Great Indian Kapil Show streams on Netflix India every Saturday at 8 pm.
