Actor Ajith, who is also known for his love for racing, both as a fan and as a competitor, is in Belgium for the third round of the GT4 European Series. In a video, the actor was seen walking around the iconic Spa-Francorchamps track, but what caught everyone’s eye was his new buzz-cut look. He also looked as lean as ever, which goes to show his dedication towards the sport, as drivers are expected to stay in top shape, which helps reduce the weight of the car and also adds to their own endurance.
Ajith was seen walking around the team camps, as he greeted several engineers and crew members who were working on the cars. After greeting everyone and taking a look at the cars, the actor cycled his way around the track and inspected the overall conditions, including posing in front of the iconic ‘S’ turn of the track named ‘Le Raidillon de l’Eau Rouge’. According to the Driver Database provided by Race, the Tamil star has managed to finish in the top 10 of all the 5 races he has competed in this year; with his team securing a podium during their last race at the same track.

Ajith started his own racing team, Ajith Kumar Racing, in September 2024, with their targets set on the European GT4 Championship and the 24H series. Armed with drivers Mathieu Detry, Fabian Duffieux, and Cameron McLeod along with Ajith himself, the team managed to grab the third spot in the Dubai 24H race, even after the Tamil actor’s near-fatal crash during the preparation for the race. His participation in the Dubai race came after a 13-year hiatus from motorsports.

Coming to his acting career, the actor was seen in two films this year: Adhik Ravichandran’s Good Bad Ugly and Maghiz Thirumeni’s Vidaamuyarchi. He will next be seen in the film AK46, which he hopes to take on the floor later this year. Other details about the project are still under wraps.
